Vola Bilston has been awarded Deal of the Year (250k–500k sq ft)

We are thrilled to announce that Vola Bilston, our 300,000 sq ft asset in Wolverhampton, has been awarded Deal of the Year (250k–500k sq ft) by Industrial Agents Society after we completed one of the largest regional industrial lettings of the year. We are incredibly grateful our industry peers have recognized our execution capabilities.

Following an unexpected vacancy, we pivoted our asset management strategy and refurbished the building within a 15-week timeframe. The high-specification, institutional-grade refurbishment was delivered by our in-house technical team. We also upgraded the sustainability rating to EPC A and BREEAM "Very Good," incorporating roof-mounted photovoltaics and EV charging infrastructure.

The swift and successful re-letting of Vola Bilston to Diamond Box is a testament to agile, entrepreneurial and good old fashioned asset management expertise!
